She is legit the troubleshooter of every problem , offers brilliant deals and is extremely cooperative . I had to go to abroad and despite gurgaon branch running extremely busy , she made sure to make reservations in the last minute . This is my 4th sitting for laser hair removal and I must say I can already see the difference in hair growth. Since my skin is quite sensitive, I got rashes on my skin initially, but thanks to the staff for helping me get rid of it quickly. I have also used following products which worked great on my skin (skin type- T zoned/mixed) and would definitely recommend :- -Spf 30- great cooling effect and non-sticky -Body butter- good for winters -Hydration cream- non-sticky moisturiser with mild fragrance Just a small issue, I couldn’t get an appointment as per my desired time. I visited this clinic recently not because it was recommended by someone or because it is highly rated here on maps (some of the ratings don’t look genuine to me). I did so because I have seen it often when visiting South Point Mall and it looks like a legit set up from the outside. I had a small skin condition on my eye which needed attending to. And they have free consults so I thought why not go check it out. I can always walk away. Well, from the moment I entered I was taken care of calmly and professionally. The action was quick. My condition was examined and a proposed procedure was presented to me. I was given a quote which I accepted and I was in the treatment room right away. The laser technician who attended to me was great. She exhibited competence and confidence. That put my mind at ease. They also gave me a time commitment in which the procedure will be done and they kept to it. While the price is high, it also includes a follow up procedure within the next 30 days in case there is any recurrence of the issue. I am glad I walked into this clinic. ~ Vaibhav G
